Aluminium Box Square 25.4mm | Cut to Size Aluminium | Sunshine Coast

This square tube measures 24.5mm and is used with our AluCon connectors to build various projects such as Storage Units, display cabinets, shelving, vehicle fitouts etc. 

The tubes can be cut to length and click into the Alucon connectors to form frames in almost any length, width and height. 

We suggest a rivet or screw be inserted through the tube into the plastic connector to avoid vibrating loose especially when used in motorhome fitouts and vehicle/van fitouts.

Once the frame is completed, panels of timber or aluminium composite can be riveted or glued (we suggest Sikaflex for this) to the framework.

Lengths are available in 6.5m or we can cut to size for your project.  Simply enter your length and quantity and repeat for various lengths.
